If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity to join a busy and supportive Investment Team in Belfast City Centre.As an Investment Team Processor, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their investment journey. This is a varied role, with approximately 50% of your time spent on administration duties and 50% speaking with customers over the phone.Full training and support will be provided, allowing you to confidently deliver an excellent customer experience from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process new business applications and supporting documentation.Contact customers by phone to assist them through the investment application process.Ensure customer information is recorded accurately and efficiently.Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.Take ownership of customer applications from start to finish.Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and compliance standards.Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to deadlines and service level agreements.Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout ..... full job details .....
