Investment Surveyor

Investment Surveyor Location: London Rate: 550 per day Contract: 6 months ongoing Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a local authority who are looking for an experienced Investment Surveyor to join a Temporary Accommodation Acquisitions team within a Housing directorate. This role focuses on sourcing and securing private sector residential properties for use as temporary accommodation, including single units and larger blocks.You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end acquisition and leasing process, from sourcing and negotiations through to due diligence, inspections and internal reporting, in line with governance requirements. Responsibilities include:Sourcing suitable private sector residential stockNegotiating acquisition and lease terms with agents, landlords and vendorsCompleting pre-purchase due diligence and coordinating key checksCarrying out property inspections to support acquisition decisionsProducing clear internal reports and recommendations for approvals/governanceMaintaining accurate tracking and reporting About you:Minimum 3 years'' experience in commercial or residential property transactionsStrong negotiation skills and commercial judgementComfortable producing written reports for internal approvals and governanceStrong Excel and general Windows capabilityRICS qualification preferred, but strong relevant residential sales/lettings or acquisition experience considered How to Apply Send your CV or get in touch with Joe O''Halloran at Spencer ..... full job details .....
