This role focuses on sourcing and securing private sector residential properties for use as temporary accommodation, including single units and larger blocks. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end acquisition and leasing process, from sourcing and negotiations through to due diligence, inspections and internal reporting, in line with governance requirements. Responsibilities include: Sourcing suitable private sector residential stock Negotiating acquisition and lease terms with agents, landlords and vendors Completing pre-purchase due diligence and coordinating key checks Carrying out property inspections to support acquisition decisions Producing clear internal reports and recommendations for approvals/governance Maintaining accurate tracking and reporting About you: Minimum 3 years'' experience in commercial or residential property transactions ...
