Job DescriptionINVESTMENT SENIOR ANALYST / ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a senior analyst or junior associate to join our office. This role is ideal for a capable professional with 2–3 years of experience, eager to contribute to an innovative and growing firm by applying their skills and ideas to make a significant business impact.

Responsibilities

Support senior advisory team members in creating and analyzing financial models, preparing client presentations, and scheduling meetings.

Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and prepare investment presentations, ensuring documentation standards are met.

Assist with due diligence, MandA, and financing transactions from origination to close.

Support the management of investment transactions.

Contribute to business development, including targeting, diligence, and pitching new deal opportunities, while staying informed on market trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications and Skills

2–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in TMT, with training in a top-tier investment bank or financial institution.

Experience with due diligence, transaction execution, financial modeling, and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).

Proficiency in building and stress-testing financial models, preparing industry and company presentations, and benchmarking.
