Summary:The Portfolio Data and Reporting Lead owns the critical question ''What does this all mean?'', translating complex project data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across South East Water.As part of the central PMO hub supporting a £1billion Capital Programme, you will act as the ''data guardian'', ensuring integrity and consistency while breaking down information silos between business functions to provide a single source of truth. Accountable for reporting where we are winning and where we have opportunities to improve. Providing actionable insights that drive performance levels and aide decision making up to Board level.You are the primary interface for transforming raw data into intelligence. Without this role, the organisation would rely on fragmented data dumps rather than intuitive insights, hindering senior leadership''s ability to make fast, strategic decisions in a highly regulated environment impacting customer''s overall experience.Main responsibilities:Design and manage the PMO''s reporting framework to establish standard content, frequency, and audiences for all reports.Gather and aggregate data from planning, controls, and risk functions to create a holistic view of portfolio health.Transform complex data sets into clear, intuitive visual dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to enable self-service access for stakeholders.Own the development and execution of materials for Board updates and periodic reviews.Implement data quality checks and processes ..... full job details .....
