Investment Manager – Entrepreneurial Private Equity Firm (Consumer)

The firm partners with ambitious, high-growth businesses, backing exceptional management teams and working closely with them to accelerate growth and create long-term value. They have a proven track record of supporting some of the UK’s most recognisable businesses and brands, with a strong pipeline of new opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven investment professional to take on end-to-end responsibility across the deal lifecycle, from origination through to execution and portfolio value creation, while working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities.Lead and support transaction processes including due diligence, financial modelling, market analysis, and deal structuring.Partner with portfolio company management teams to drive commercial strategy, operational improvements, and long-term value creation.Support fundraising, investor reporting, and wider firm-building initiatives where required.

Candidate Profile

7+ years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar investment-focused environment.Strong track record in executing transactions, with robust technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and management teams.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving team.Entrepreneurial, close-knit team environment with a flat structure.Clear opportunities for progression, including growing into a partner role.
