Focus on the execution and monitoring of investments, building strong relationships with shareholders and management teams.Lead due diligence, credit analysis, and financial analysis efforts.Prepare investment recommendations for the firm’s Executive Committee.Negotiate transactional legal documentation.Develop networks with market participants to enhance origination efforts.Support and mentor junior team members.Manage internal resources and participate in portfolio company board discussions.Engage in cross-company initiatives to maintain a unique culture.Assist Portfolio and Finance teams across various workstreams.Maintain deal databases and ensure compliance with record-keeping procedures.Minimum Requirements

Over 6 years of relevant experience in private debt, special situations, private equity, or restructuring services.Excellent relationship and communication skills.Ability to discuss investment recommendations based on detailed analysis.Experience managing challenging discussions towards consensus.Proactive in identifying and engaging with unforeseen investment situations, focusing on capital preservation.Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, with advanced MS Excel and modeling capabilities.Head of Human Resources and Communications ..... full job details .....
