Job Responsibilities

Cover key sectors within the

Financial Institutions Group (FIG) , including banking, asset/wealth management, insurance, specialty finance, fintech, etc.

Perform in-depth

valuation analysis, financial modelling, and market research

to support MandA and capital markets transactions.

Develop and deliver

presentation materials , including management presentations, board reports, and memorandums, for client engagements.

Play a key role in

deal execution , including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and liaising with external advisors (legal, accounting, regulatory bodies).

Stay informed on

market trends and regulatory developments , offering strategic insights to clients.

Mentor and train junior colleagues , contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years

FIG investment banking experience

from a

Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, Mid-Market Investment Bank, or Big 4 .

Proven expertise in

financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution .

Excellent

communication, project management, and problem-solving skills .

Deep understanding of

investment banking products

and deal structuring.

Ability to

manage client relationships and coordinate with external advisors .

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong

team player .

Proficiency in

Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools .

Languages:
