Associate

to join its

Consumer and Industrials team

based in London. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing team that advises clients across the UK, Europe, and internationally on strategic transactions including MandA and capital markets.Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of MandA transactions and other strategic advisory mandates.Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling, and industry research.Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.Collaborate with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle.Contribute to business development and sector coverage initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile

At least

one year of experience at the Associate level

within investment banking.Strong transaction execution experience, ideally including MandA and capital markets.Preference for candidates with

Industrial sector experience ; those with

combined Industrial and Consumer exposure

will also be considered.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Team-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.What''s on Offer
