ResponsibilitiesWe are currently looking for an exceptional Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in London and Copenhagen. As Investment Banking Analyst, you will be an important part of CVX''s global investment team, responsible for your own portfolio as well as the entire deal journey from start to finish — from sourcing and analyzing business plans and markets to closing investment rounds. Your primary tasks will include creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow and ensuring swift decision-making to close the right deals on time with our partners.

Your Tasks

Ensure CVX is aware of and offered all interesting deals in the market

Create a high-quality, continuous deal flow

Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to inform investment decisions

Negotiate term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities for CVX

Present investment opportunities to the investment committee

Manage investment processes with partners and close investment rounds
