to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of technology sectors in Europe, supporting investments from sourcing through to portfolio management.Key Responsibilities

Idea generation and sourcing : support sourcing activities and originate qualified opportunitiesResearch and analysis : deliver deep sector insights and investment thesesDue diligence and execution : support all stages of transaction execution and deal processPortfolio monitoring and reporting : track performance, prepare reporting materials, and contribute to value creation initiativesCandidate Profile

Experience : 2–6 years in venture capital, growth equity, or operational roles with previous investment banking or consulting.Skills : strong financial analysis and modelling capability, outstanding written and verbal communication, commercial judgement, and analytical abilityPersonal qualities : collaborative team player, able to work independently, with a positive attitude, integrity, and strong motivation for early-stage investingEducation : strong academics from a top university (minimum 2:1 degree).
