in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets, gaining exposure to a wide range of real estate asset classes and strategies.
Responsibilities
Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and investment materials to support decision-making.
Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and transaction processes alongside senior team members.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders across asset management, legal, and capital markets functions.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide analysis on key value drivers, risks, and market trends.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or a related field.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (French, Spanish, German, or others).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to contribute to a leading real estate investment platform.
