Overview
The successful candidate will work within the Investment Team and will work closely with the Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Finance Teams within Indurent, but also work directly with the Investment and Asset Management Teams at Blackstone. The role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of asset or portfolio acquisitions and disposals processes and support on wider tasks within the Investment team including reporting, data analysis (internal and external) and valuation analysis. The Indurent Investment team is focused on acquisitions and disposals of Logistics and Multi-let Industrial real estate assets across the UK.Responsibilities
Assist in evaluation of potential investment and divestment opportunitiesCreate and maintain investment models looking at returns, IRR forecasts, cash flow analysisConduct market reports to determine investment yields and estimated rental valuesReview internal data to support investment and disposal underwriting assumptionsWork with due diligence partners including lawyers, technical surveyors and environmental consultants to deliver timely and accurate reports, and identify and find solutions to issues as they ariseMake informed recommendations on potential acquisitions and divestment strategies across the UKDraft presentations and investment committee papers for new acquisitionsLiaise effectively and professionally with teams within the company, including the Asset Management, Sales and Marketing, and Finance teamsAssist with communications and presentations with the Blackstone Asset Management, Investment and Capital Market TeamsAssist with compiling and maintaining a deal pipeline scheduleAssisting with other corporate and thought-leadership projectsSalary and package
