This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced investigator or analyst to undertake impartial investigations into complaints regarding public services, Councillor conduct, and matters relating to systemic maladministration and injustice. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing evidence, conducting investigations, preparing detailed reports, and making evidence-based recommendations. Following completion of training, hybrid working will be available, with a working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
