Due to continued growth, McInnes Group have exciting opportunities for an Electrician to join our team based in Inverness and predominantly covering the Highlands and Moray area.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and come with a flexible and positive approach, be willing to go that extra mile and take responsibility, have the ability to work on their own initiative, be technically strong and deliver to the highest standard at all times.Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Domestic and small commercial Heating and Renewable technology installationsEngage with clients and subcontractors where necessary to ensure successful delivery of projectsParticipate in learning and development (including training) to achieve relevant knowledge, skills and understandingWork on a day-to-day basis in line with the company’s core valuesWork safely at all timesPass on experience and skills to apprentices / younger members of the teamOther duties reasonably requested by Managers/DirectorsRequirements
18th edition (training can be provided to achieve 18th for the right person)Full UK driving licenceExperience with domestic installation and maintenancePro-active team player who is self-motivatedAbility to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary teamAbility to work to deadlinesFlexible approach to work with an ability to prioritise and manage your time effectivelyA strong interest in renewable energyDesirable but not essential (training will be provided):Gas Boiler installationsEV charging installationsSolar PV and Battery storage installationsAir source Heat pump installationsTetra working at heightsWe offer the following benefits:
