It''s a hands-on role where you''ll be working with different teams to keep things running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and help keep systems accurate. What you''ll be doing Inventory support Keeping an eye on inventory and running reports, especially looking for aged WIP Working with TRC delivery leads and inventory controllers to prioritise and investigate issues Looking into anything blocking inventory movements and helping get things moving again Supporting monthly recycle forecasts for Finance Monitoring batch jobs and fixing discrepancies (like sync errors) Highlighting system issues and working with IT to sort them Document control Manage documents on SharePoint, including some technical writing/admin Preparing for audits (internal and customer) and supporting during them Making sure documents are accurate, organised, and up to date Vendor operations (backup support) Stepping in to help with vendor queries when needed Supporting buyouts and general vendo...
