This role is permanent and suited to somebody who has managed inventory for a consumer goods business previously. Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday based in Yardley Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the business. Track stock movements, deliveries, transfers and adjustments. Carry out regular stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Monitor slow-moving, excess and obsolete stock and recommend appropriate action. Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and stock management systems. Review reorder points, safety stock levels and stock requirements. Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, operations and sales teams to ensure product availability. Support the receipt and processing of incoming stock. Produce regular inventory reports and highlight potential shortages or stock issues.
