We are seeking an Inventory Controller to enhance our Operations team and support our ongoing growth across the UK market. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute significantly in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Day-to-day of the role: Maintain precise inventory records across warehouse, production, and fulfilment operations. Conduct regular stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate any discrepancies. Implement and refine inventory processes, controls, and best practices to support business scalability. Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and third-party logistics providers to address stock-related issues. Facilitate new product launches and promotions by ensuring accurate inventory setup and reporting. Analyse stock data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Generate and present regular inventory reports and KPI updates to senior management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and minimising stock loss. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Inventory Control, Stock Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
