Inventory Control Analyst
Your new company A well-established and growing organisation based in Inverness is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to join its finance team. Operating across multiple locations, the business prides itself on delivering high levels of operational excellence and is continuing to invest in systems, controls and process improvements to support future growth. Your new role Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stock-related financial transactions and inventory processes across the business. Working closely with finance, operations and site-based teams, you will support the effective management of both wet and dry stock operations while helping to drive continuous improvement initiatives.This is a varied and analytical position that combines stock accounting, reconciliation, reporting and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring stock controls are robust, month-end processes are completed accurately and opportunities for process improvement are identified and implemented across multiple sites. Key responsibilities will include invoice matching and reconciliation, maintaining accurate stock records, supporting stock valuations and month-end reporting, investigating discrepancies, improving stock management procedures, and working collaboratively with operational teams to enhance compliance and reporting standards.
