A typical assignment includes:Completing daily cycle-count lists against assigned schedules.Physically locating and counting inventory. Verifying part numbers and storage locations.Recording physical count quantities. Performing second or recounts where differences are identified.Flagging discrepancies for investigation. Timely escalation of discrepancies is a key measure of performance.Checking stock-location accuracy. Identifying misplaced or incorrectly labelled inventory.Assisting with physical inventory and audit preparation.
