Job description:
Central Recruitment are working as an employment agency, recruiting for a distribution company in Blackburn.
The role is an Inventory Clerk based in the warehouse. Working a day shift 12pm-8am Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the stock checks within the warehouse.
Duties will include:
- Daily check of stock stored in the warehouse
- Working on the warehouse management system to check stock levels
- Investigate discrepancies relating to stock
- Physical stock checks and location checks
- Allocating new stock
- Producing KPI reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Reporting issues to management
- Willing to be trained on the MHE
Candidates applying for this position must have a strong background in warehouse, sock control or goods in/despatch. Must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered.
This is initially a temporary role that could go permanent after a 13 week probation for the right person.
