Viewings and Inventory Associate The organisation Cobalt is partnering with a well-established, privately backed Build-to-Rent operator with a portfolio of around 2,500 homes and ambitious expansion plans across the UK. As the business continues to grow in the Midlands, they are looking to appoint a Viewings and Inventory Associate to support prospective and existing residents throughout their moving journey. The role This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused property professional to join a growing Build-to-Rent operator, either on a permanent or fixed term contract. As a Viewings and Inventory Associate, you''ll showcase homes, support residents throughout their moving journey and ensure properties are ready for occupation while working across developments in the Nottingham area alongside the Resident Services and maintenance teams. Responsibilities Conduct property viewings and promote the benefits of each home. Support applicants through the lettings process from viewing to move-in. Complete inventories, check-ins and check-outs, including relevant documentation. Coordinate with maintenance teams to prepare homes for new residents. Maintain accurate records using the property management systems. Build positive relationships with residents to support retention. Identify and escalate resident concerns where appropriate.
