Inventory and Stores Coordinator

The Inventory and Stores Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management of all incoming goods, stock movements, replenishment, storage areas, returns, and waste within the roastery. The role ensures that stock is received accurately, stored correctly, replenished as required, and recorded promptly within the company''s stock management systems.Working closely with the Roastery and wider Operations teams, the Inventory and Stores Coordinator will maintain an organised, safe, and efficient stores environment while ensuring stock availability and accurate inventory records.What you''ll be doing:40hrs a week (Monday - Friday role (Apply online only including a daily 30 minute unpaid lunch breakGoods In and Stock ManagementManage the day-to-day Goods In process, ensuring deliveries are received, checked, and stored accurately.Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation, identifying any discrepancies or damages.Ensure stock is correctly labelled, stored, and rotated to maintain an efficient stock management system.Replenish current stock throughout the roastery to ensure production and operational areas have the materials they require.Monitor available storage capacity and proactively create space ahead of expected deliveries.Maintain clean, organised, and clearly labelled storage areas.Complete end-of-day stock replenishment and ensure all areas are appropriately stocked for the following day.Update the stock management/API system as ..... full job details .....
