Key Responsibilities: Inventory and System Management:- Serve as the key point of contact for the Inventory Management System, ensuring data integrity and system updates.- Oversee the complete stock life-cycle from ordering to consumption and replenishment.- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with operational teams.- Analyse inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Hands-On Stock Control:- Conduct routine stock counts and inventory audits across various hospital departments.- Ensure timely replenishment of stock locations, maintaining efficient and compliant stockroom environments.- Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates, and adjust PAR levels based on consumption trends.
