The Role. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intervention/Wellbeing Officer to join the apprenticeship team. The successful candidate will provide holistic support to apprentices throughout their learning journey. You will play a key role in ensuring learners remain engaged, motivated, and able to succeed by placing wellbeing, personal development, and progress at the centre of delivery. Working closely with apprentices, employers, and internal support services, you will create inclusive and supportive environments that enable all learners to overcome barriers, achieve their qualifications, and progress into sustainable employment or further development. This role is offered on a part time, all year-round permanent basis. Working days are Wednesday and Thursday. Please note we are not able to change working days as this role with job shared.
