Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Long Term Futures are recruiting an Interventions TA to support pupils at a welcoming primary school in NG5. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children progress through focused 1:1 and small group support.
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering targeted interventions in reading, writing, and maths
- Supporting pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum
- Monitoring progress and feeding back to teachers
- Encouraging resilience, independence, and positive learning habits
- Helping children build confidence both academically and socially
We''re Looking For:
- Experience delivering interventions in a school setting, ideally KS1 or KS2
- Strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach
- Confidence working with pupils of different abilities and needs
- Knowledge of phonics, numeracy strategies, or SEND support desirable
- A proactive team player with a genuine passion for pupil progress
