The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience delivering interventions or targeted support in a primary setting

• Be proactive, organised, and able to adapt teaching to meet pupils'' needs

• Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents

• Be committed to ensuring every child has the chance to succeed
