The school is well known for its supportive ethos and commitment to ensuring all pupils receive the tailored support they need to thrive academically and personally.Role Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Year 5 and 6 Intervention Teaching Assistant to join the team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role running through to the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting pupils in Key Stage 2 as they prepare for their SATs examinations, helping to raise attainment and build confidence.Key Responsibilities:Deliver and support targeted intervention sessions for Year 5 and 6 pupilsWork closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and support staff to implement effective strategiesCreate a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environmentMonitor, track, and record pupil progress, providing feedback to staff and parentsUse a range of tailored intervention strategies to support learning and ..... full job details .....
