International Tax Manager - Senior Manager

You will deliver leading advice to household names, large and FTSE/AIM listed corporates, all from an AI / Tech platform. Responsibilities: Advise clients on international tax structuring and cross-border transactions Provide technical input on reorganisations, financing arrangements and supply chain structures Lead the firm in designing and adopting technology-enabled ways of working, championing digital tools that enhance delivery and empower teams Support inbound and outbound investment advisory Lead technical analysis of developments arising from OECD initiatives, including BEPS and Pillar Two Interpret UK legislation and international treaty application Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions within the global network Review and oversee technical deliverables and client communications Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation Mentor and develop junior team members What''s on Offer: Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding advisory-led practice.
