The position is based in Uxbridge. This is a full-time temporary role to start as soon as possible and to run for 12 to 14 months, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The role is an integral part of the Special Projects Tax team in respect of an internal restructuring project covering numerous countries across the world. This will include: Designing the restructuring required in a number of countries using external tax advisers. Identifying the tax implications and tax costs of the restructuring. Holding the pen on the step plan documenting the required transaction steps.
