Work closely with local payroll providers, accountants and consultants to ensure accurate and timely processing. Manage payroll inputs including starters, leavers, timesheets, overtime, bonuses and adjustments. Review and validate gross-to-net calculations and payroll outputs. Ensure payrolls comply with relevant local legislation, tax and statutory requirements. Reconcile payroll data and provide accurate reporting to Finance and HR. Investigate discrepancies and resolve employee payroll queries. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records. Support internal and external payroll audits where required.
