International Logistics Coordinator (Spanish & English)

Location: Home Based but Regular Travel to Hull and London

Salary: -38,400 + Performance-Related Bonus of up to -6,400 per Annam

As part of its continued growth in the UK market, we are seeking a professional and commercially minded Logistics Professional to support UK operations and act as a key representative of the business.



The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional logistics role.

Working closely with colleagues in the UK, Europe and Latin America, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient and cost-effective delivery of logistics operations while supporting the continued growth of the brand in the UK.

This is a home-based position with regular travel to distribution facilities in London and Hull, as well as visits to suppliers, logistics partners and customers when required.

We''re looking for someone who combines strong logistics expertise with excellent relationship-building skills and can confidently represent teh company with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm.



Key Responsibilities



Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels, movements and stock accuracy.
  • Manage inventory reporting, stock rotation and inventory ageing.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and inventory adjustments.
  • Support ERP and inventory management processes.


Transport & Distribution

  • Coordinate transportation requirements across the UK operation.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers, warehouses and distribution partners.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs including OTIF, service levels and transportation costs.
  • Develop solutions to meet customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.


Supplier & Cost Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics and distribution partners.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels.
  • Review logistics expenditure and identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Support contract management and compliance activities.


Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key link between Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics functions.
  • Manage operational queries, service issues and customer requirements.
  • Conduct visits to distribution sites, suppliers and customers as required.
  • Represent the business professionally, acting as an ambassador for the brand within the UK market.


Continuous Improvement & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experience.
  • Support logistics improvement projects and best-practice initiatives.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the brand in the UK.


About You

We''re keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution or Transport Operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management and transportation activities.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers and operational stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (SAP experience would be advantageous).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently whilst managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine desire to support the growth of an international brand.


Essential Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites in London and Hull.
  • Eligibility to work within the UK.
