International Trade and Logistics SpecialistPermanent PositionRapidly growing businessBirmingham International Trade and Logistics SpecialistThe International Trade and Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and optimising the Company''s import and export operations while supporting international trade compliance activities. The role ensures the compliant, efficient and cost-effective movement of goods across international borders, working closely with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders. The position acts as the Company''s subject matter expert for day-to-day export and import activities, supporting customs compliance, freight management, shipping documentation and regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, logistics performance monitoring and trade compliance activities to support business growth and customer satisfaction.Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance and Quality teams, the International Trade and Logistics Specialist will maintain robust customs and logistics processes while helping to reduce risk, improve service levels and drive operational efficiency.
