The successful candidate will play a key role in fund transfer reconciliations, project financial monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a network of international offices. Through robust financial management and strong governance practices, the organisation ensures that funds are managed effectively, meet donor requirements, and support the delivery of impactful programmes worldwide Description The International Accounts Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial management of international programmes, whilst ensuring compliance with internal controls and donor requirements. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and reconciling fund transfers between headquarters and international offices. Investigating and resolving ledger discrepancies and ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date. Preparing and reviewing transfer reports and supporting the processing of approved fund transfer journals. Monitoring project documentation to ensure budgets, agreements, reports, and supporting records are complete and appropriately maintained.
