International Customer Service Advisor French, German or Spanich speakingLocation: DoncasterSalary: 30,000- 35,000Monday to Friday On behalf of our client, a business with a strong international presence, we are seeking to recruit a French, German or Spanish speaking International Customer Service Advisor. The roleAs a key member of the team as an International Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for: Supporting the International Sales Team by responding to enquiries in a timely and effective mannerProvide high standard of customer service.Process customer orders accurately to agreed service level.Plan, prioritise and check sales orders and ensure the details are accurately transferred into our order management system.Interpret instructions from various Sales Exec colleagues and identify any issues arising.Communicate, liaise, and negotiate (internally and externally) to ensure customer orders are delivered accuratelyLiaise with the Logistics team to update customers on their order progressUpdate company records accurately You The key skills and qualities of an International Customer Service Executive are:Fluent in any/all of German, French or Spanish - multilingual would be a distinct advantage Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft platforms).Strong data entry experience.Excellent organisational skills.Comfortable in a busy environment.Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) and good telephone manners are crucial.BenefitsMonday to Friday ..... full job details .....
