Key Responsibilities Coordinate all inbound and outbound international repatriations. Liaise with overseas funeral homes, consulates, embassies, airlines, and government agencies. Prepare and process all required documentation (death certificates, permits, translations, customs forms). Arrange transport logistics, including flights and ground handling. Provide clear, sensitive communication and support to families throughout the process. Produce estimates and invoices; maintain accurate case records. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression. Ensure compliance with international laws, airline regulations, and company standards.
