International Arbitration ParalegalExpanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to join their London office.Competitive salary6-month fixed-term contractHigh quality work on ground-breaking cases09:00-17:30 working hoursHybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Chancery Lane / FarringdonInternational Arbitration Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate reviewWorking with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate reviewSupporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentationLeading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venuesWorking closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentationsAssisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the processInternational Arbitration Paralegal Skills and Requirements: Applicants must have 2-3 years'' Paralegal experience in International Arbitration within a law firmApplicants must be available immediately or at very short noticeExperience of ..... full job details .....
