With a first-class reputation for quality and multiple years as a 5* Housebuilder, our client are looking for a best-in-class Internals Site Manager to work under an established Project Director on a c.150 residential scheme.

With the site currently programmed until 2029, this is a long term opportunity well suited for someone who wants to establish their career within a quality led developer. -

Key Responsibilities include:

• Carry out regular inspections of Internal Works to ensure quality standards, programme deadlines and budgets are met.
• Lead progress and coordination meetings with finishing trades to drive performance across the site.
• Support H&S initiatives.
