The successful candidate will have a strong dry lining background, combined with good MandE knowledge and a proven track record managing internal finishes on residential projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all internal works across the 38 units. Coordinate and manage dry lining, plastering, ceilings, carpentry, doors, flooring and associated finishing trades. Coordinate MandE installations, ensuring works are properly sequenced and coordinated with other trades. Manage subcontractors and labour on a daily basis. Monitor progress against the programme and ensure key deadlines are achieved. Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship and health and safety.
