Site Manager Internals Location: Latimer Road, West London, W10 Project: One block Low rise 38-unit residential development Duration: Permanent Start: Immediate / ASAP We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the internal works package on a 38-unit residential development near Latimer Road, London. The successful candidate will have a strong dry lining background, combined with good MandE knowledge and a proven track record managing internal finishes on residential projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all internal works across the 38 units. Coordinate and manage dry lining, plastering, ceilings, carpentry, doors, flooring and associated finishing trades. Coordinate MandE installations, ensuring works are properly sequenced and coordinated with other trades. Manage subcontractors and labour on a daily basis. Monitor progress against the programme and ensure key deadlines are achieved. Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship and health and safety. Coordinate inspections, snagging and remedial works through to completion. Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Site Team, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Ensure materials, labour and plant are available when required. Identify and resolve issues before they impact programme or quality. Maintain accurate site records and ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.
