Internals Site Manager London Locations: Mayfair and City of LondonSalary: £55,000 £65,000 + Package An excellent opportunity has arisen for Internals Site Managers to join a growing main contractor working on major, high-profile projects across Mayfair and the City of London. The business is looking to strengthen its project teams with experienced Internals Site Managers who can take ownership of key internal packages and drive works through to a high-quality finish. The Role As Internals Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and coordination of internal works, working closely with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team. Depending on experience, you will be based on either a prestigious commercial redevelopment in Mayfair or a major development in the City of London. Key responsibilities will include: Managing internal packages from procurement and design coordination through to completion Managing and coordinating specialist subcontractors Driving programme and ensuring works remain on schedule Monitoring quality and ensuring a high standard of finish Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information Coordinating internal works with MEP, design and other construction packages Identifying and resolving technical and site issues Managing QA, inspections, snagging and close-out Chairing and attending subcontractor and progress meetings Working closely with commercial, design and project teams Maintaining high Health and ..... full job details .....
