Internal Technical Sales Engineer, £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (realistic Year One OTE of £57,000) plus private health, life assurance, pension and progression opportunities. The Sales Director also started his career in this role.Working within an established internal sales team of four and working closely with the technical engineering team, this role blends inbound technical advisory work with structured, proactive business development. You will act as a trusted advisor to end-user clients, turning routine product enquiries into comprehensive, high-value solutions. The role is 80% inbound leads and account management, with 1 hour per day dedicated to proactive business development, primarily for dormant accounts.The role is handling incoming technical inquiries regarding product specifications, drawings, and applications to help customers select the right solutions.
