Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Support Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing a professional and responsive service. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives. Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. Generate and nurture sales leads through outbound calls, follow-up activity, and proactive customer engagement. Provide customers with product information, machine specifications, pricing, and sales support.
