Internal Sales Support
We are working with a well-respected organisation who are based just on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. Joining a small and effective Customer Service and Sales Support team, this organisation are seeking a hardworking and committed customer service and sales support to join their busy team. Working closely across internal departments to meet the needs of external clients, the successful candidate will be dealing with all customer enquiries, orders and issues via telephone and email on a day-to-day basis. With a strong customer care background, the successful candidate will be involved in a varied day, managing the following tasks;Answering inbound calls from customersGenerating quotesProcessing ordersResponding to various email queriesBuild and maintain effective relationships with existing customers.Complaint and issue handlingAd hoc administration supportThis is a fully office-based role and will require the successful candidate to hold a high level of customer service.
