Are you confident on the phone and enjoy speaking with customers, looking for a role where you can build relationships and convert enquiries into sales within a growing technology business?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established European company in the building automation space, supporting customers who have already expressed interest in their products and training. You''ll be based in a modern office environment, working as part of a small, collaborative team.

You''ll receive full training on the products and offering, including structured onboarding and ongoing support. The role focuses on following up enquiries, understanding customer requirements, and guiding them through the available training and starter packages.

Day to day, you''ll be speaking with customers, managing your own pipeline, and working towards clear and achievable targets. The role is performance driven, but built around consistent activity and good communication rather than aggressive sales.

This role would suit someone from a sales, telesales, or customer facing background who is confident on the phone and motivated by working towards targets.

The Role

• Follow up warm inbound enquiries and convert them into sales
• Sell training courses and starter packages to customers
• Manage your own pipeline and daily activity
• 4 days office, 1 day home working

The Person

• Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
• Experience in sales, telesales, or a target driven, phone-based role
• Target driven and motivated by results
