Internal Sales Representative - Coleraine - Immediate Start Ready to hit the ground running? We''re seeking motivated Internal Sales Representatives to join a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment for our client, a leading food manufacturer. If you''re proactive and customer-focused this could be the perfect opportunity. This is a temporary role for up to two months initially, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. Immediate starts available. The Role: £Competitive pay rates Full time hours (variety of shift patterns available) Full training Immediate start Duties: Taking customer orders via telephone and accurately entering them into a bespoke system (Charisma) Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound sales calls Promoting weekly products and identifying opportunities to upsell Working within a fast-moving sales environment where efficiency and accuracy are key Training 1-2 weeks training depending on ability Full support provided, although the system is dated and requires patience and willingness to learn Shift Patterns Shift 1: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Shift 2: 34 hours per week Sunday to Thursday (5 shifts) Sunday: 4 hours between 10:30am - 3:30pm Weekdays: 9am - 5pm Shift 3: 34 hours per week Sunday: 4 hours between 10am - 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9am - 5pm What We''re Looking For: Confident and professional telephone manner (essential) Ability to work in a ..... full job details .....
