Internal Sales ExecutiveHalesowenMonday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pmPermanent 30,000- 35,000 Per Annum The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for, managing customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of business objectives through proactive account management and new business development. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across the customer portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business DevelopmentPrepare and follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Manage customer enquiries efficiently via telephone, email, and online platforms.Maintain regular contact with key accounts to encourage repeat business.Monitor customer activity and identify growth opportunities.Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints.Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to resolve customer issues.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within the CRM system.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.Share market insights and business opportunities with management.Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience.
