What You’ll Be Doing

- Picking up the phone with confidence — proactively contacting leads and turning conversations into opportunities.
- Qualifying prospects to ensure BDMs are meeting the right decision-makers.
- Securing appointments for the BDM team so they can focus on converting clients.
- Keeping the CRM system up to date so you’re always on top of your pipeline.
- Working closely with the field team to share insights, refine strategy, and celebrate wins together.
- Staying aware of the market and spotting opportunities that put you one step ahead of competitors.
- Building relationships with potential customers by being professional, approachable, and persuasive.

 
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Has previous experience in telesales, internal sales, or business development.
- Enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and overcoming objections.
- Is motivated by targets and takes pride in smashing them.
- Can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.
- Has good organisational skills and knows how to manage their time effectively.
- Has resilience — you don’t let “no” stop you from chasing the next “yes.”
- Experience supporting a BDM team is an advantage, but not essential.
