Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm From £14.50per hour 

Hours:

 

•  Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  
  

•  Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  
  Holidays: 25 days per year (after permanent)

Job Overview 
Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting for an Internal Sales role within a manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-perm position working in a busy office, supporting customer enquiries and processing orders.

 
Main Duties 

•  Answer incoming sales enquiries
  
  

•  Respond to customer emails
  
  

•  Prepare quotations and update customers on orders
  
  

•  Process sales orders and generate work order packs
  
  

•  Raise purchase orders for stock
  
  

•  Provide good customer service
  
  

•  Maintain relationships with current and potential customers
  
  

•  Work with manufacturing, warehouse and accounts teams
  
  

 
•  

 
Essential Requirements 

•  Good Maths and English skills
  
  

•  Experience in engineering or manufacturing
  
  

•  Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook
  
  

•  Strong attention to detail
  
  

•  Clear and polite communication
  
  

•  Able to multitask with minimal supervision
  
  

•  Team player
  
  

 
•  

 
Desirable 

•  Experience using SAGE 200
  
  

•  Knowledge of flange or pipework products
