Position : Internal SalesLocation : SheffieldSector : Engineering, manufacturingSalary : 30,000- 35,000Hybrid : No, this is an onsite rolePurpose :As an inside sales representative, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for preparing technical quotations, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our sales representatives in their daily work. You will collaborate closely with both customers and internal technical specialists to ensure that our solutions meet the customer need.The Role :Your main responsibilities will include:Receiving RFQs and then creating and issuing quotationsFollowing up on issued quotations to secure orders or understand why orders were not placedCoordinating sales activities and customer communicationsSupporting sales personnel with documentation, agreements, and order managementContributing to the development of internal processes for increased efficiency About You : Has experience from in a B2B sales environmentAble to read engineering drawings preferredGood standard of literacy and numeracyIs familiar with working on quotations, order processes, and customer supportHas a technical interest and understanding, ideally with exposure to bills of materials and product and part cataloguesExperience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred, ideally SAPIs structured, communicative and proactive with first class communication skillsFluent written and spoken EnglishService-minded and cooperativeThorough and responsibleSkilled at building ..... full job details .....
